Compact with Texas

Texas SBA, Inc., Texas Small Business AssociaitonSM, is the most visible private agency supporting the interests of the state's small business community. As such, we fealt it necessary to outline Texas SBA, Inc.'s "Compact with Texas" detailing our administrative methodologies.

Member Service Principles

Texas SBA, Inc., embraces our member / agency policy of courtesy, respect, and accessibility. Below are the Member Service Principles we hold:
  1. The services of Texas SBA, Inc., shall be easily accessible to all members and explained thoroughly with appropriate risk-and-reward disclaimers. The usage of these services shall emphasize financial prosperity and more effective managerial control.
  2. The agents of Texas SBA, Inc., are dedicated to providing superior member service and their responsibility includes drawing upon their Texas SBA, Inc., training and personal ownership experience. When evaluating member dilemmas, presenting Texas SBA, Inc., solutions, and closing the deal, Texas SBA, Inc., agents will maintain complete objectivity. The formation of employee-member relationships is highly encouraged.
  3. Communications with members will emphasize camaraderie, business exploration, and solutions that allow companies to operate more efficiently. This function will incorporate the following: Availability of telephone numbers, on-line services, (including applications and business service summaries,) voice and electronic mail services and resourceful links to State of Texas and United States of America agencies.
  4. Each member is encouraged to explore the "Official Texas SBA, Inc., Website" at TexasSBA.org. The web site will be user friendly.
  5. Service Timeliness. Texas SBA, Inc., will respond to each member's request and inquiry in a timely manner irrespective of the nature or mode of inquiry.

Complaint Handling Process and Procedures

Member complaints are to be reported in writing, in person, via e-mail, or by telephone to your Texas SBA, Inc., agent.

Solving Problems

Resolving concerns with your Texas SBA, Inc., agent occurs through both informal and formal channels. Due to our overarching commitment for high quality service, it is expected that the vast majority of problems will be resolved swiftly by your Texas SBA, Inc., agent and staff. However, in those circumstances where immediate resolution is not possible, Texas SBA, Inc., has instituted a formal complaint process whereby problems will be addressed. If resolution is not possible, Texas SBA, Inc., will provide a written response to the complainant.

Our purpose at Texas SBA, Inc., is to serve the state of Texas' business community with financial assistance, business solutions, and to be liasons for government opportunities rendered by the U.S. SBA and State of Texas!
