Independant Contractor Duties
Texas SBA, Inc., "Sales Agents" (1) solicit business owners and executives in-person and via telephone; (2) inform them of Texas SBA, Inc., services; (3) close or "sign-up" new members; and (4) maintain their accessibility within the community.
(Texas SBA, Inc. "Sales Agents" that generate a significant number of "new members" are promoted to "Account Executive" status and receive profit-sharing compensation from the "new loans" they write!)
Work Tools Provided by Texas SBA
- PBX Network: Access Texas SBA's international telephone system from your home office,
business office, or cellphone. Prospect "new members" with your very own personal extension on the Texas SBA network;
have calls screened by Texas SBA's corporate secretary; and utilize Texas SBA's online faxing network.
Unlimited phone time, remote voice mail retrieval, and executive-class telephone are provided. Installation of hardware
not required.
- Intra-net Access: Manage your prospects and "new members" on Texas SBA's
private computer network. Track appointments, send and receive e-mails, and retreive Texas SBA, Inc., brochures
and other literature used for prospecting.
- Secretarial Support: Introduce "new members" without the responsibility of paperwork!
Rely upon Texas SBA, Inc., corporate secretarial staff to process, maintain, and follow-up post-new member sign-up or
closing activities.
- Stationary: Prospect and close "new members" with Texas SBA, Inc., business cards,
